In response to COVID-19 indoor restrictions, Grace has taken up residency at Hotel Paseo for daily yoga. and Pilates.

Whether you are here on travel or enhancing a staycation, this yoga class adds the perfect resort vibe to your weekend. This lighthearted practice is grounded in Johnny’s integrative approach as a mental health professional including yoga fundamentals, mindfulness, breathwork, self-care and the value of community. 

Right now, we all could use a little extra support cultivating physical and mental health skills that build resilience, compassion, and strength. My intention here is to create a safe, & welcoming space while deepening our community connections during these challenging times.

Private Yoga Instruction


Whether you are looking to begin a new yoga & Meditation

Practice or simply deepen your current practice, johnny merges his experience as a registered nurse to safely support your path to wellness. 


Instruction is provided in johnny's private yoga studio in Palm Springs, California. The authentic Shala offers serenity, mountain views and an outdoor lounging cabana perfect for post practice conferencing and refreshment. 

Private in-home opportunities are available based on consultation.

 Johnny offers an interactive and fundamental approach to individual and group offerings, that will accommodate your goals at all levels of experience.  Engagements may be designed around a few hours, an afternoon or a long weekend, with a curriculum that is mindfully aligned to meet your needs. An open and collaborative approach is always encouraged, helping to foster knowledge sharing, community, and personal development. 

Because the path to wellness is just as diverse as we are, Johnny's true mission is to support each practitioner as they establish sustainable self-care, meditation, yoga, and nutritional practices for optimal living.
